Keiko Utoku

Keiko Utoku (宇徳敬子 Utoku Keiko, born April 7, 1967) is a Japanese singer and a songwriter. She has written and sung J-Pop.

As a child, Utoku listened to a lot of music, including music made by Momoe Yamaguchi.

Utoku has written and sung many songs, such as "Wasurenagusa".

Sonic The Hedgehog fans remember her for her vocal work in the Japanese/Europe version of Sonic CD's opening and closing FMVS, "Sonic - You Can Do Anything" (Otherwise known as "Toot Toot Sonic Warrior") and "Cosmic Eternity - Believe In Yourself".
