NGT48 will be resuming performing at its Niigata theater.
The group posted an update to its theater schedule through its official website which announced shows on February 9 and 11.
Only a small section of members were listed as performers: Yuria Kado, Ayuka Nakamura, Miharu Nara, Aina Kusakabe, Nanako Nishimura and Reina Seiji.
This will be the first time regular members of NGT48 will be performing at its theater in a month. The last performance was held on January 10, and was notable for Maho Yamaguchi's apology for causing trouble by revealing the assault against her earlier that week.
NGT48 officially cancelled all its performances on January 15 for the rest of the month following the backlash from the group's handling of the situation.
Maho Yamaguchi was assault in December 2018 by two men while returning to her home. Group mates had told the men personal details about the idol which enabled them to assault her.
The group and its management company AKS has been on blast since the assault became public. A new group manager was appointed, security measures have been implemented, and an independent panel has been formed to investigate the matter.
