Gen Hoshino Announces 11th Single "Doraemon"

Gen Hoshino will be releasing a new single titled "Doraemon" on February 28.

The new song will be used as the theme song to the upcoming Doraemon film "Eiga Doraemon: Nobita no Takarajima". It is the first time in the series' nearly 40 years that it will have a self-titled theme song.

In addition to the theme song, Hoshino will be providing the insert song "Koko ni Inai Anata e" for the series as well. It is the first time an artist will be providing 2 songs for the series.

"Doraemon" will be broadcast on radio for the first time on January 16 through "All Night Nippon" which will have Hoshino as a guest.

"Eiga Doraemon: Nobita no Takarajima" will be released on March 3.
