Sandaime J Soul Brothers' single "R.Y.U.S.E.I." has been named the Song of the Year at the 56th Japan Record Awards.

On December 30, the 56th Japan Record Awards ceremony was held at Tokyo's New National Theater. It was here that the winner of the Song of the Year award was announced.

"I'm very happy. It is an honor to be among such great artists," NAOTO, the group's leader, said upon accepting the award.

Record label LDH had a strong night at the 56th Japan Record Awards. In addition to taking home Song of the Year, EXILE ATSUSHI was named the Best Singer.

"I am really impressed. ATSUSHI won the Best Singer award, Sandaime won Song of the Year, and we owe it all to our fans. I'm glad that people have so much respect for the members," HIRO, the CEO of LDH and a former J Soul Brother member himself, said about the wins.
