T.O.P's "Doom Dada" Dominates the Charts

Big Bang's T.O.P released his latest single, "Doom Dada", on November 15th, and it is already topping various Korean music charts.
Upon its release, it achieved an "all-kill" on ten Korean charts and all of the real time charts. The release of the music video spurned the song even further, and on November 16 it reached the number one spot on Melon, MNet, Bug, and various other charts.
The almost immediate success has surprised many, as the rapper has yet to even begin TV promotions for the song. However, some say that since this is T.O.P's first solo release in three years, and the fact that he co-composed the song with Choice37, has been a contributing factor to the positive reception of the single.
T.O.P is set to perform the song at the 2013 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) on November 22.
