2013 Busan International Film Festival was held on 5th Of October, Saturday. Film Festival gathered an amazing amount of movie stars from all over the world, including Japanese performers - Atsuko Maeda, Masaharu Fukuyama, Hidetoshi Nishijima, Joe Odagiri. Among Korean celebrities that attended the festival were 2PM's Taecyeon, actresses and actors Lee Yeon Hee, So Yi Hyun, Lee Jun Ki, Lee Hyun Woo, Uhm Tae Woong. Korean girl band Hello Venus was also one of the guests.

Big Bang's rapper Seung Hyun, known under his stage name T.O.P, was presented with an award in Rookie category during Asia Star Awards that was part of the Busan International Film Festival. T.O.P attended the event to promote his new movie “Commitment.” The award took him by surprise since he was one of the few Korean nominees. T.O.P has already received the Best Rookie Award during Blue Dragon Awards in 2010 for his big screen debut “71: Into the Fire”. The only other Korean who managed to win was director Kim Byung Woo, bagging an award in Best Director category for his August released movie "The Terror Live".

Congratulations to T.O.P! Do check out his upcoming movie "Commitment", where he plays an assassin from North Korea on a mission to save his sister. There were several mishaps following the filming process including the change of directors and T.O.P's hand injury, for which he had to undergo a surgery. The movie will be released in South Korean on 6th of November. Enjoy the trailer for now.
