AKB48 Holds Their 34th Single Senbatsu Janken Tournament at Nippon Budokan

During AKB48's handshake event at Kyocera Dome Osaka for their 31st single "Sayonara Crawl", it was announced that the Senbatsu Janken Tournament will be happening on September 18th at Nippon Budokan.
The event will be participated by formal members of AKB48 as well as 8 preliminary winners from both SKE48 and NMB48 while 3 preliminary winners from HKT48 and 2 AKB48 research students are also called in to join.
Winners from the past three years were granted the lead position for the group's single release of each year. Mayumi Uchida for "Chance no Junban" in 2010, Mariko Shinoda for "Ue Kara Mariko" in 2011 and Haruka Shimazaki for "Eien Pressure" last year.
Further details about the event will be revealed as the scheduled date approaches.
