Meisa Kuroki To Play As A Thief In New TBS Drama

After giving birth to her daughter last September, Meisa Kuroki will finally be back in the small screen as she is starred in TBS' new 2013 spring drama "TAKE FIVE - Oretachi wa Ai wo Nusumeruka".
In the drama, Kuroki was chosen to take on the role of the leader of a theft group, who came from the United States. The role requires her to wear a black leather suit and as the character also demands, she will be going through tough action scenes. Kuroki will start appearing in the drama's 5th episode onwards which will be aired on May 17.
Producer Hidenori Iyoda and Kuroki have worked together for the 2010 TBS drama "Shinzanmono" and he revealed that choosing Kuroki for the role was something they have talked about before since Kuroki have always wanted to be in a project that involves action scenes.
"TAKE FIVE - Oretachi wa Ai wo Nusumeruka" will air every Friday starting on April 19 at 10PM.
