It was announced at AKB48 member Yuki Kashiwagi's concert "1st Solo Live ~Netemo Sametemo Yukirin World~" that the idol will be making a solo debut.

The singer's concert was in commemoration of her 2nd photo book "Yu,Yu,Yukirin...". During the concert, Yuki sung 17 songs, including covers of Aya Matsuura's "Momoiro Katamoi" and Petitmoni's "Chokotto LOVE".

When Nagura Jun of Neptune came on stage, he had a surprise. I'm making Yuki Kashiwagi debut as a solo artist. I'm entranced by her ballads."

"When surprise and joy come together, I'm at a loss for words. I feel like dreams can come true," she said in response.

Fellow French Kiss members Aki Takajo and Asuka Kuramochi then surprised the audience by coming on stage. The AKB48 subunit performed its latest song "Romance Privacy".
