DIV is a visual kei band formed by EX-xTRiPx members, formerly a session band known as "kikakumono" (企画もの). As the band continued activities, they changed the band name to "DIV" in March, 2012. They held their first live at Shinjuku LOFT at April 13th, 2012. DIV's first mini-album, mudai no document (無題のドキュメント), was released the same month.
On October 10th, 2016 the band disbanded after a oneman live in Tokyo.

DIV disbanded after their last live show will be held at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall in Tokyo on October 10th, 2016 due to Chobi and Satoshi leaving.
