Oh for pictures: Insert video is just for videos and something very important when you are on your mobile phone you can't post pictures just videos (stupid yeah (/´Д｀)/) but when you are on the computer/laptop there is right next to insert video insert picture so you just click that (oﾟ▽ﾟ)/
