does it really? constantly in my mind im forever repeating the same question over and over again ... cause if this is way they say ... i cant bring myself to believe it, not anymore.
where did it go wrong? was it something i said? or was it something i done? perhaps even ... i didnt need to do anything ... what happens has happened for reasons i can never comprehend.

without courage and without motivation ... by heart slowly crumbles and my resolve shatters ... i cant bring myself to talk to you like the way we used to ... cause it just seems so much harder ... it feels like between us theres suddenly this invisible wall .... its just suddenly so much harder to approach you. i really miss those times.
like always ... i lack courage, and i needed a place to put it down in some writing ... i want you to know yet at the same time im afraid if you were to know. round and round in circles my mind loops over and over .... till the fact i can no longer feel anything.

technology, although as common as it is nowadays, it still amazes me 
, although i feel kinda weird saying it, im glad i made the right choice in making my return to jpa (if you didnt know ... i 1st signed up around 2years ago ... then there was a "break" and in the end i kinda forgot about this site ... then 10 months ago ... i made my comeback
its also great to find people who share the same taste in music as i do
... to all the people ive met here ... im really happy and glad and thankful that i did
anyways.... back to the most important part..... that id like to say:

[Ingredients]
rice
glass noodles (cut into pieces)
squid (scored and sliced into 1'' lengths)
ham (sliced into 2" lengths)
tomatoes (diced)
carrots (diced)
baby corn kernels (fresh or from can)
red bell pepper (diced)
onion (diced)
minced garlic
canola oil
[Seasoning sauce]
1 tsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp of seasoning sauce (maggi sauce)
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili sauce
[Preparation]
1. heat the canola oil using a medium high setting. Then add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
2. Add the squid and stir-fry until well cooked, then add the carrots and baby corn. Stir for a few minutes.
3. Add the rice and glass noodles and continue stir-frying for a few more minutes.
4. Add the seasoning sauce from the recipe above.
5. Add the onion, tomatoes, sweet red bell pepper and ham, and then continue stir-frying for a few more seconds.
6. Turn off the heat and place on a serving plate. Garnish with scallions and cucumbers may be added as a side dish.
