The lowest cost for the tickets was around 83$ i think, but that was like nosebleed seats. The better seats were $110-$200+
SakuRin have you heard about the 2nei concert in the U.S.A.? I think it was like August 18 or something. . .is 2nei playing anywheres near you, they were in New Jersey which is 3hrs away from me! I was freaking out. . .until i saw the cost of the tickets D:

OMG episode 14 :'( there was finally development in like 12 and stuff then 14 was so sad! ugh but i guess it was inevitable lol every drama has these moments. then there are the special ones that dont.... but those become my absolute favourites XD
but thats just it, they couldnt have gone to the end if they won the match against south korea cause then they would have to face the other chinese team and one of them would be eliminated... bleh its a tough situation. but i think it was a good choice to take them out of the competition. i mean, how else could you penalize them...

ahhh that must have sucked >< trying to stay awake during tests is seriously the worst. its like a mix of desparation (doing the test well) and survival (must sleep.) lolol whenever i know i have to pull an all nighter, i take a nap in the afternoon and prepare myself with like 4 cups of tea that i let at least 5 tea bags soak in for a few hours haha then im fine in the morning XP

church starts at 9:00-9:30 for me, depending on if i have duties there or not. lol taking coffees a good idea, if it has enough of an impact XD i actually do drink black coffee sunday mornings but it only wakes me up for like half an hour lol XP and i only ever doze off the sermons on marriage or raising children

lol we have 1 gold i guess thats not too bad, considering we are a relatively large contingent yet we suck at summer olympics haha. but silver is pretty good. i watched the replay online yestereday and lee chong wei put up a really good fight. i think all the athletes (minus those ones in badminton that got disqualified for not trying==) give it their all though. i mean lin dan looked overjoyyyyed^^
haha except if you only get like 3 hours of sleep XD plus i had church the next morning so i guess my mom didnt want me to fall asleep during the service again XP but i realllyyyyy wanted to watch it live

i know of course there are competitions like provincials and nationals but you seldom hear about them. its not popular at my school cause being a private school, most of the asians here are here to study. and the whiteys love volleyball and hockey XD

the best thing about queen in hyun's man is that the time traveling makes sense:P and the couple scenes are super cute. but if you dont like saeguks then dont bother with it.

Ano natsu de matteru was alright. its a solid anime but the humour fell flat (to me anyways XD) and i didnt really like the female lead LOL i dunno why.
but i REALLLY liked clannad! gah it was good. and the romance got all sorted out too unlike the wishy washy boy of true tears good recs XP again, thanks

LOL its really funny actually So there was a major sale (boxing day) and laptops were almost half off. Then it was like if you used points on a points card, then you got an extra 10% off. So I bought a laptop and then used the points i got from that to buy another one. so in the end it was like a quarter of the priceXD
