JpopAsia was founded on December 14, 2006. The need for a source where you can easily discover and listen to music that is popular in Japan, was the reason to start this project. The Japanese music market is the second largest in the world and we think that too few take this really serious. We do. And that's why we keep improving JpopAsia to make this the best J-Pop resource available on the internet.<br/><br/>
			
			Our intention is to spread this awesome music because we love J-Pop and Japan. We have no intention to infringe copyright of the respective owners. All we want is to promote Japanese music outside Japan. It's really hard to find and discover new Japanese music because of the language barrier and availability. We think we can fill this missing link in providing romaji titles and promotional videos. We are against acquiring this music in illegal ways through P2P and download sites.
