About Me
 My name is Kim Sam Soon....
.....is one of my favourite Korean dramas.
Lame name right? But it's an awesome drama. At least back when I watched it. It was the second Korean drama I've seen, and I think it's one of more special ones. Both leads have great skills. And the ending? not too cliche.
As you can probably tell, I spend a good portion of my time watching dramas. It really depends on my season and mood, whether I'm more of a korean drama fan or Japanese drama. I like the unique storyline of the Japanese drama, but sometimes they are just too weird for me. Korean dramas make me laugh, but sometimes they are too cliche. You could practically predicted the plot just by watching the first episode.
My other past time.. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit, is "Fangirling"
To me, it means stalking LJ comms with the latest news... collecting pics (for PSing wallpapers, siggie, avatars, and calendars), watching performances (before my HD crashed, I had a huge collection of TVXQ videos, now i'm just too lazy to download them) spamming forums about the groups... now my fangirlism in me is dying. I was once a "hardcore" TVXQ fan (I've even started a cyworld club for them). Now it's just embarrassing to see my past posts...
Now, I'm trying to learn Japanese.. because I think it's probably better time spent (I should have learned 10 years ago when I was an anime addict).
Currently I'm job hunting.. i'm a loser without a job  My four years of post-secondary didn't do very much, even if i did get a "practical" degree. If i went to tech school, I'd probably be hired by now  |
My favorite artists and albums
My number 1 group:
Their Japanese material is awesome. They are a bit hyped up I would have to say, but I really like their Japanese efforts. In Korea, they seem to have been "born with a silver spoon in their mouth" just by being in SM. I like their accapellas and ballads.
Other favs:
KAT-TUN - I really like their music, not so much their voices....
Big Bang - Music is great... but too bad SO-1 was dropped... I'd probably be a greater fan if he was in it (I love his voice)
