Fans were disappointed as top actor Won Bin turned down a role in an upcoming drama written by Noh Hee Kyung, a role which would have ended a 2 year hiatus from acting.
After filming for the hit 2010 movie "Man From Nowhere" was completed, Won Bin has looked over numerous scripts, but has not accepted any new roles. Industry insiders speculated that the new project from Noh Hee Kyung and directed by Kim Kyu Tae had interested the actor, exciting fans who haven't seen him act in a television drama since "Autumn Story" in 2000. Ultimately though, he decline to be in it.
"I don't know the details, but he was concerned about the lead male and female characters in the script having equal amount parts in the drama. He thought it would be difficult to fine tune that balance," a representative tried to explain.

he's smart only newbie actors take crap roles and try to work thier way up. He's on top so he expects nothing but the best. Don't sell yourself short man!

although im really looking forward to a new drama but i dont like him to be in a ordinary one he knows what he is doing we just need to wait more

Not complaining. He'll eventually choose something he wants to be in that he would enjoy. I'm glad he is like so, and doesn't just pick any role people throw at him
