According to an eyewitness, 2PM's Nichkhun is not entirely to blame for his car accident, claiming both drivers were being reckless.
The 39 year old witness was at the scene of the accident when it occurred. The witness detailed the events of the accident for Herald News on July 25th.
"Nichkhun's car and the motorcycle were heading towards each other at the Ahn Sae Hospital intersection in a cross direction. The motorcycle was coming down the road, and Nichkhun's vehicle was driving up. The motorcycle was on the left making a right, when it bumped into the right side of Nichkhun’s vehicle," the witness stated.
While the accident wasn't a major collision, Nichkhun's car was scratched. The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike, causing his head to bleed according to another witness.
"I think both drivers were driving poorly. This accident is not 100% Nichkhun's fault. Both drivers were speeding, and even if they had come to an abrupt stop, an acident couldn't have been avoided," the witness said.
Police are still investigating the accident. The motorcyclist, who was hospitalized after the accident from severe pain, has not yet made a statement regarding the accident, delaying the police's ability to determine who is at fault for the accident.

I hope he's alright in anyway it turns out to be
I hope everything turns out alright
It wasn't really Khunnie's fault then! Both of them should've taken responsibility.
i wrote it before
but some IDIOTs didn't believe me
i forgive u guys
LOL
but it's ok , i'm a HOTTEST and the only weapon i got is kindness
Bottom line,he wasn't being responsible. I'm not saying he should go to jail for this but at least be fined for drinking while driving.
Hope this straightens out soon. For Nichkhun's sate, this needs to resolve quick.
I know he shouldn't have been driving since he just drunk alcohol but some people aren't understanding that he wasn't completely intoxicated. He probably appeared and felt sober at first but he didn't notice he was driving too fast.
And a small mistake like that could easily cause someone their life. I get that he wasn't trying to kill anyone, but he wasn't being responsible. Saying things like "people aren't understanding" can be insulting to someone who lose their loved one in a drunk driver accident. The fact that he did have a drink or 2 already is an indicator that he shouldn't be driving.
He may not been entirely drunk but there's a reason why drunk driving is illegal. Someone could have got hurt or even lost their life, it may no be 100% his fault be he deserves punishmentmaybe not jail but a fine.
i hope that this case turns out well and that no one is seriously injured :I
I knew something didn't sound right...
well ihope everything turns out ok for all involved
I think their both at fault and either way he shouldn't have made the decision to get behind the wheel intoxicated. Very irresponsible on Nick's part. As well as the cyclist if he was speeding. Poor choices!
i hope he'll b fine --
yay tnx god im so happy!
Really?! I'm glad it's not 100% Nichkhun's fault. The police better investigate this case well.
Hwaiting!! Time and serious investigations will tell the truth....
if only he had just called a cab. even if he wasnt that drunk or didn't think his driving would be affected, he still shouldn't have drove. now he has a whole lot of crap he has to swim through if he plans on making it out with his career somewhat intact.

lame 0.056% is not drunk and people say otherwise never drank alcohol in their life
but it seems like 0 tolerence is the law there and he did break it so he needs to pay the price
no big deal before you know it he will be right back to where he was before all this bullsh*t
yeah, I hope so...I just find it so weird that people seem to be making a bigger deal out of this then they did about Daesung's crash last year, and someone died in that accident! it's just weird to me..
