Singer Wilber Pan held a meet-and-greet event in Taipei, Taiwan on August 12th to promote his ninth album, The Story of Billy (24個比利).
Unfortunately, the event was met with a downpour and left fans standing in the rain. Wilber decided to go ahead with the event, declined using an umbrella, and wished to be caught in the rain with his fans. He also thoughtfully handed out five hundred 'Will Pan' towels to his fans.
Wilber sang and danced energetically on stage to some of his latest tracks, and the rain began to dissipate. Before concluding the event, he also announced that he has launched a Google+ page, where fans will be able to stay updated.
