Actually it’s the other way round: A band decides to disband because for example one of the members wants to leave the band and after disbanding they're going different ways. This time it’s a bit different.
Earlier this month Visual Kei band VizeL announced to disband because of different opinions about music and the band’s direction. Their last live was planned for November 28th. This live at Ikebukuro EDGE will still take place but there will be another line-up than actually planned.
The members wrote in their blogs that on 24th they came to know that Vocalist Haku took all the money the band has saved from selling CD’s and merchandise and spent it on private things like gambling. That caused a lot of trouble for the other members, their staff and the live houses. And of course besides that, the members stated that they are also emotionally shocked. Even though there's only one live performance left and they really wanted to hold that live with all of the members they decided that’s impossible to work with Haku any longer. In the end the vocalist had to leave the band and their label Virgin AIR entertainment.
His profile and his blog have already been removed from their official website.
Right now they’re not sure who will take Haku’s place at their last live on November 28th but they're still planning to hold that live.

wow what a loser.
damn stealing money -___- sueeee him
Stealing from your own band right before the last concert? Bad move, Haku, bad move. Totally ruined his chance to stay in the industry. Fans will hate him.
Kinda reminds of Blood on the Dance Floor, what Garret did to Dahvie. But wow, how are they gonna find another vocalist to do just one show.... Haku is clearly an idiot.
what a bad thing to do..
OMG im so shocked...i feel for the members and wish well for their futures i really do. I mean how could you do that?
what horrible thing
Woah, didn't see that coming.
never heard of problem gambling? This guy's mentally ill, it's obvious.
how could you steal from the band and then spend it on gambling
What~?? how will they do their last concert~?? 0.0
OMG......................what the heck.....
well i hope that nobody picks this vocalist up then... it would just ruin their earnings too. those are hard-earn money, spending it on gambling.. why don't you just use your own?? that money doesn't belong to you only, it's an entire band's efforts!
Idiot, cant say he didnt deserve it..
What an idiot, that will ruin his reputation with the music industry. I hope they at least make a little of their money back.
Stealing from your own band - YIKES. That's so low!
Well dang, something that doesn't happen often for sure. Wonder what the rest of the band will do - continue with music in other ventures, or wrap it up.
Oh wow this is crazy. Stealing money that the band worked hard for and then you go and spend it on yourself. Talk about being a selfish person. And then the band disbands which makes things even crazier. I don't know what is going on in Japan but it seems like these bands are falling apart.
oh my gosh...I've never heard of that happening to a band before! that's awful, what a rotten guy.
so many bands dispanding.... and what an idiot to take all the money and gamble
