It was earlier reported that Visual-Kei band Versailles have released an announcement that the group will cease all their activities before the year ends. Questions have raised whether this will be a hiatus or a disbandment.
In lieu to this, HIZAKI tweeted his message to all fans regarding this matter:
We are proud of our achievements because we have worked tirelessly with all our heart and soul in order to see the progress of Versailles. I feel very calm inside because I believe we have made an imprint on music history as Versailles. We wish you can give every one of us your kindest support in the future as well.
And the time may come for the rose petals to gather. When that happens, we would be thankful if we could still have your support.
I will never forget this feeling of gratitude despite the fact that we are moving on and will do separate activities. I will continue to pray for you so that love and happiness will be yours into the future.
Based from HIZAKI's tweets, it might only be the band going on hiatus. Nevertheless, none has been confirmed yet since Versailles messages to Fan Club members hasn't been made public yet.
Based from HIZAKI's tweets, do you think its a temporary or permanent farewell?

I hope they'd come back. A great band like this can't disband.
The way Hizaki put it was like they are going to disband. Which really scared me, umm.. Yes, it was official that it'll only be hiatus.
well let's still support them in what ever their reason is, let's wait for their comeback. They deserve to take a break right?
to be honest as a Fan on first it was hard for me, but then I soon came to realize that they need to take a break since they already came this far. =)
In my point of view, the way that Hizaki puts it, it sounds as if they are leaving forever. Even though they aren't.
Versailles should only take a break because if they disbanded forever I would not last a day!!! I love you Versailles no band could ever be compared to the elegance, beauty or talent that is Versailles Philharmonic Quintet! Descendant of the Rose eternally and proud to be one forever! ♥
Even thought I will be sad, whether it is a hiatus or a disband I trust the Versailles members.I believe that they do what's best for them and as a fan I will continue supporting their opinions.Even if they are no longer the Versailles we once knew they will still remain in our hearts with that title.
I'll continue hearing them even after years and years have passed because they are amazing and the same goes for their music.
It feels like VK dies slowly.
I'm gonna missed them. D;
I cant help but cry just at the thought of Versailles Disbanding or even going on Hiatus..I feel like a big piece of my heart has just been ripped out... This is really hard for me to take... TT^TT
I hope so much that it will be a hiatus !!!!
I hope the best for Versailles and hope that it will only be hiatus.
His message... kakkoii ne?
good luck and please don't disband
good luck...sad about the hiatus but better than disbanding
If it's hiatus, it's ok cause hizaki did mention about going back together but I'm still scared that it can led them to disbanding
good luck to them with everything
It almost seems like this was planned a while ago. If it is just hiatus then they deserve the rest. But I will not stand for disbandment. As a band they seem to get along very well. I guess they just have "writer's block" and need time to figure things out, and I'm okay with that.
Seems kinda like a disbanding to me. He just sounds optimistic about them joining together again. Or at least that's what I get out of this.
As long as it's not disbandment, I'm all good with them going hiatus (good to take a break).
From what I interpret, they PLAN to resume their activities after some time... but you'll never know what may happen.
Basically, this hiatus is not as assuring as some other artists like Utada Hikaru where a comeback is guaranteed.
I want to think it's just a hiatus but...but... the pessimist in me thinks it's a disbandment ;(
