"Vampire Knight" Artbook to be Release by VIZ

VIZ Media announced yesterday that they will be releasing a hardcover edition of The Art of Vampire Knight, scheduled for a release on September 6.

The new edition is priced at $29.99 US and $28.99 CAN and will have some favorite images as well as artwork never seen in North America. A character gallery with creator Matsuri Hino's comments, a how-to tutorial and a full-color poster will be included.

Vampire Knight is set within the fictional Cross Academy, where two groups of students attend - the Day Class and the Night Class. When the Day Class returns to their dorms, they're forced to cross with the Night Class, who are on their way to school. One thing though: the Night Class are vampires! Lucky for the Day Class that Yuki Cross and Zero Kiryu are the school's guardians, given the task to protect them.
