SM Entertainment and the members of JYJ have failed to reach an agreement regarding their disputed contracts. A new trial will take place on September 13th.
The latest trial in case occurred on August 10th. Representatives for both parties expressed their views to the court and each other over an hour and 30 minute process. At the end of the trial, neither side was able to come to an agreement, forcing the lawsuit to continue for even longer.
SM Entertainment and JYJ have been in trial since last May, going through 6 different hearings in the process. While both sides have argued their case in court numerous times, the court has advised that a mutual agreement be reached.
"SM Entertainment's side is to 'forget about the past', and our side is to settle all the accounts and issues in court," JYJ's attorney stated.
The parties' lack of agreement and extension of the trial increases the likelihood that the court will have to settle the matter themselves.
SM Entertainment and JYJ have been fighting each other in court ever since 2009 when the three members sued the company for having unreasonable contracts.

it's now 3 years, and everytime they just push it to another time... I hate SM, just end it. SM never can use JYJ again, DB5K under SM never happens...
Looking at the facts of the case already, it'd be pretty tough for JYJ to win the case. I'm a law student, and haven't graduated yet, so I may be wrong. I don't JYJ to lose though.

I want TVXQ to reunite, but not under SM. Though I like SM artists, I don't want our boys to suffer. But I do hope that they can come to an agreement.
Isn't it too late to bother, anymore? Even if they are forced to work with SM/DBSK, they aren't going to be happy and it will show in their work and their attitude towards U-Know and Max. Just have them do occasional DBSK concerts. SM will make BIG BUCKS off of them, the boys will hopefully mend fences, then everyone can go back to their respective groups. Including the happy fans, that's a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN situation.

I want JYJ to win so that SM will admit they're wrong.

Honestly this is just ridiculous! I am so tired of this and I do think there isn't ever going to be a reunion as much as I hate to admit that,....but oh well. God I hate SME!
I hate to say this guys, but now this is obvious, there will be no reunion.
I wish the best for JYJ, they really deserve it.

siriusly, they should just agree to change the contract so that the guys can all reunite and be on tv again... this lawsuit extension is just gonna cause more problems.
Looks like the TVXQ reunion will be put on hold just a little bit longer...*Sigh*.... I can't stand greedy execs...
