On July 5th, Rino Sashihara made her official debut as a member of HKT48. HKT48's theater was packed with 300 people full of fans, newspaper and television reporters. This performance was HKT48's Team H stage titled, "Te wo Tsunaginagara".
Sashihara sang and danced with a smile on her face and told the audience that she will do her best at HKT48. Many flowers were sent from people and companies to show their support for Sashihara.
Sashihara was voted 4th in AKB48's general election early on in June. But she was amidst a scandal involving her "ex-boyfriend" that lead to her transfer to HKT48 by her general producer, Yasushi Akimoto. HKT48's website also updated their members list with Sashihara Rino included Team H. This will make Team H a total of 17 members.

Poor Sashihara-chan, she was kicked out of Tokyo to who-knows-where...
The location isn't that bad. It's her neighbouring area, Fukuoka. Fukuoka is a fairly big city which raised tons of musical artists (for example, many akb members as well as artists such as YUI, Shiina Ringo, Hamasaki Ayumi and Aska)
