Recochoku, Japan's leading site of music downloads, polled their users as to what love songs can they most sympathize with. Results were revealed last Apr 27th and Miwa's "Kataomoi" (Unrequited Love) take the top spot. Some voters commented that Miwa's "Kataomoi" have painful lyrics and sad melodies that they can closely relate with unrequited love. Moreover, another voter commented that everybody has unrequited love at some point of their life.
Coming in second place is YUI's "CHE.R.R.Y". A voter commented that the song reminds her of her first crush; a mixture of sweet and sour love, and being frustrated and embarrassed.
The rest of the love songs that voters can closely sympathize with are: "Confession" by FUNKY MONKEY BABYS; "Dear..." by Kana Nishino, and "Two of Us" by Flumpool.
