It has been confirmed by Nicholas's mother, Deborah Lee, that the ex-couple are indeed reconciling even though their divorce was just finalised last month! As quoted by her, "Their relationship is better than ever. If they wish to make it official again, they do not need my approval. Fate is unpredictable!" The unexpected announcement sent shockwave through the HK media.
Apparently, their eldest son Lucas has played a huge part of the reconciliation because he's always expressed to his parents that it's nice to dine with both of them at the table. Nicholas was spotted to have spent a few nights with his family recently.

It's not always good for the children. Sometimes, when a couple stays together for the sake of the children, the entire family ends off worse than before because of it. A lot of regret and resentment end up occurring. You see it happen often with parents resenting their children because they felt trapped for the sake of the children. On the other hand, the children feel guilt because they're the reason their parents may have had to stay together, albeit reluctantly. Not saying that's the case here but hopefully they're back together for love and not just for convenience.
This is so true, and sometimes as the child you learn more things. My parents divorced 5 years ago and it was only after that I learned how bad of a person my father really is.
