A few days ago, the Canadian singer-songerwriter Nelly Furtado revealed her interested in collaborating with Big Bang's T.O.P during a press conference prior to her concert in Manila, Philippines.
During her Manila concert, Nelly Furtado burst out her love for K-Pop and performed a surprising stage of PSY's viral hit, "Gangnam Style." The singer-songwriter not only sung English lyrics to the track, leaving PSY's vocals to sing the chorus in its original Korean form, Nelly Furtado did the famous "horse dance" on stage by herself.

I love Gangnam Style
I loved Nelly's "Woah, Nelly!" album, I even bought it (and I don't really buy albums), but her works after that album just made me lose interest in her. It's good to see her again tho, and she seems like a very nice person.
I agree that this is all about money, but the whole mainstream music industry is about money (hence the term industry). It's not just america or korea, it's all around the globe. On a brighter note, art is never mainstream, meaning it's not about money. So, if you are fed up with the money-oriented mainstream, why not enjoying some art for a while?
Soundcloud is literally full of deep art, all for free to enjoy.
It's sad that I don't like Nelly Furtado.

hehe, the girl rec the vid was pretty excited over it. Anyways, its awesome!, yea, everything is about money, thats how businesses, negotiations, markets etc work. But who knows what was going on in nellys head, maybe she actually does love kpop and really wants to sing with T.O.P. If i were a popular singer, and knowing about my luv for asian music, i would have also made the move to sing with my fav asian artist
Cant compare the love you have for performing to the love of popularity and money no? 
every american artist will want to collad with someone who is popular in asian music so that they can appeal to the asian market...it's all bout money ppl no way other than that that's why I hate to say it kpop no take over the world it will be known now but it will tide out like every other pop genre to a nominal level and why all the pursing of american activities?? once u go american or try to appeal to the american market especially asian groups u have to change everything that made them belong to that asian genre and they will be american music now just they came from asia...eg wonder girls that like money song srsly it's not kpop for me....let's be realistic it will no longer be kpop or any other genre once u go to america....jus sayin...no hate intended...
