miss A's new album is titled "Independent Women Pt. III", a homage to the hit Destiny's Child single "Independent Women". Details about the new album have been released.
The lead single off of the album is titled "Can Live Without Men", a song about strong women who don't need a man in their lives to take care of them. The track will have a southern hip-hop vibe to it, continuing the sound and style of Destiny Child's hit song. J.Y. Park wrote and composed the new single.
The homage to Destiny's Child continues with another track from the album titled "If I Were A Boy". The song shares its title with a Beyoncé song off her 2008 album "I Am... Sasha Fierce", a song which criticizes the way men behaves in relationships. While details about the track have not been revealed, it is likely that the song will be critical of men as well, following the theme of the album.
