It has been earlier reported that Mana Ashida will sing the theme song of her upcoming drama, "Beautiful Rain".
The song, which will be also be the child star's third single, is titled "Ame ni Negai Wo". The said single was composed by singer-writer Yumi Matsuoya. Matsuoya was present during the recording and was impressed with Ashida's voice and professionalism.
"Age does not matter", Matsuoya commented, "she can express the feelings represented in the song, and I felt stronger just by listening to her," she added.
"Ame ni negai wo" will be released on Aug 1st.
