Kangta has announced that he will be making a comeback later this year. The former H.O.T singer is in the studio working on a new album. The album will be his first one in 4 years.
"I want to return with something new. I'm even receiving dance instructions on the side," Kangta stated at Mnet's "Voice Korea" press conference.
The singer also talked about the possible H.O.T reunion many have been talking about. Kangta revealed that the group has discussed the possibility of reuniting once more, but doing so would be complicated. With the amount of work needed to make the comeback a reality, it would be hard to fit everything into their schedules at the same time.
Meanwhile, Kangta will be one of four judges on Mnet's new show "Voice Korea", the Korean version of America's hit singing competition "The Voice". Other judges include Shin Seung Hun, Leessnag's Gil, Baek Ji Young and Kim Ki-oong.
