A judge in the JYJ vs. SM Entertainment case has indefinitely postponed making a verdict on the case.
The last trial for the ongoing lawsuit occurred on August 10th. Neither side was able to reach an agreement at the time, so a new trail was set for September 13th; however, it was later moved to September 18th.
The judge in the case has advised both sides to come to an agreement. Instead of making a ruling, he has postponed making a verdict indefinitely.
SM Entertainment and JYJ have been battling it out in the court rooms since 2009 when the group's 3 members, formerly part of TVXQ under the company, sued SM Entertainment to get out of unreasonable terms in their contract.

JYJ deserves justice. But I just wish that they'd get back together again
delaying tactics... i hope JYJ wins this! what power can do...
And they need to decide it reaaly quickly! why don't they just get over the drama and set them free? It's just pathetic how they can treat artists of such high caliber like that!!

Not to be a naysayer, but why is this article tagged as Tohoshinki? CJS is now called JYJ.
Tohoshinki/TVXQ! is HoMin. Don't you just ignore the fact that HoMin puts all the work in Tohoshinki... I'm so fed up with this negative attitude towards HoMin. You belittle them, look down on them fine - but at least give them the credit they have worked for.
siriusly, SM should just accept the terms JYJ have made... they shouldnt have to go thru this... all they wanted was a fair contract.

why I don't have any feeling about it?? It's just a long story, always postpond till their pld contract ended... SM still has 3years for this court games...
wah....I was hoping for a verdict, (in JYJ's favor)...but to suspend it indefinitely? that's just down right rude...I think both parties want this finished so they can move on to different things....it would also give us fans some closure...*sighs*
