Popular trio, Ikimono Gakari, has revealed covers and tracklist for their upcoming single "Haruuta" due for release on Apr 25th.
"Haruuta" was composed specifically to be used for the movie “Detective Conan: 11 Hitome no Striker”. The movie opened last Apr 14th and became the top grosser for the opening week. "Haruuta" will only be available in a regular CD edition.

These guys must have a very good agency to have their music used for a popular anime. The song is alright, nothing too amazing or bad, so good job to them on that.
They had the 10th best selling album in 2011... and are frankly currently one of the best and most popular groups out right now that qualifies as a real band to us snooty people that value songwriting and ability to perform live, even a cappella (I still love my pop groups though, but give credit where it's due). I'm pretty sure there's competition for who gets the tie-in to their singles, and not the other way around.
