Former Roo'ra member Go Young Wook is currently under police investigation for allegedly assaulting a 13 year old girl on December 1st.
According to victim, Go Young Wook took the minor to his car where he initiated the sexual contact between himself and her. Police reviewed security footage taken at the scene and brought the suspect in for questioning.
After initially denying the charges and claiming he never touched her, the singer admitted to pinching the girl's thigh. Police will determine whether a warrant for his arrest will be issued within the coming hours.
Go Young Wook is no stranger to sexual assault charges. Last spring the celebrity was accused of sexually assaulting another minor. While a judge ruled that there was not sufficient evidence to convict him, he admitted to having sexual relations with the girl.

so why the f he isn't in the f ing cell yet? What does it mean by 'insufficient evidence' despite him admitting to his deeds? Some judges are seriously messed up. It's thanks to these judges, this guy is able to commit the same crime again. Young little girls are not your play toy.
