Netizens have been abuzz as rumors that Girls' Generation member Sooyoung and popular actor Won Bin are in a relationship began to spread, becoming a hot topic online.
Rumors abut the relationship have become a highly searched item on search engines, while on social networking sites, the topic has become a popular point of discussion as well.
Sooyoung and Won Bin's agencies have both denied the rumored, expressing their surprise that any such rumors exist.
"There is no truth to the rumors that Sooyoung and Won Bin are dating," SM Entertainment stated, adding that rumors were probably started by netizens due to the group's upcoming comeback.
Won Bin's agency Eden Nine Entertainment released a statement as well, claiming that the actor has never met the any of the group members and doesn't even know who the individual members are.
"Won Bin isn't currently dating anyone. We don't know how these rumors came to be," they said.

For the love of music, so what if they are or have been dating? It isn't like any idol star will be single forever. I really don't get the buzz or the hate towards this pairing from some netizens. If they are a couple, good for them and sad it had to come out like this. If it isn't true, majorly awkward and how did this rumor even start? In all honesty if this is just promo for SNSDs comeback- well yeah shit idea considering how "happy" some fans get when their idol is in a relationship.
