Julie Keiko Fujishima, President of J-Storm and niece of Johnny's and Associates President-Johnny Kitagawa, hosted a private dinner for five of Johnny's talents, Weekly Bunshun and Johnnys-Watcher reported.
The attendants are Kanjani8's Ryo Nishikido and Ryuhei Maruyama, Arashi's Satoshi Ohno and Masaki Aiba, and KAT-TUN's Junno Taguchi. Julie Fujishima also invited over 20 members of press from TV and women's magazine in a dinner held at a Chinese restaurant in Azabu Juban district. According to the article, the center of the discussion was unclear but the invitees are five of Johnny's talents who will be having a drama this April. Nishikido with "Papa wo Idol", Ohno with "Locked Room", Aiba with "Miki-neko Holmes no Suiri", Junno with "Legal High", and Maruyama just finished his starring role in "O-Parts" and was also casted in "Strawberry Nights".
Press attendees said that the dinner has been very luxurious, Satoshi Ohno served wine while Nishikido Ryo was even asked to speak to one of magazine editor's daughter on phone because the daughter is a huge fan. During the dinner, TOKIO's Nagase Tomoya and Yamaguchi Tatsuya also appeared, the two are rumored to be Julie's allies in the so-called "Julie Faction".
Entertainment insiders said that a similar dinner also happened November last year. Although this might looked like a simple dinner to promote activities of these Johnny's talents but insiders are claiming that this is Julie Fujishima's way of flaunting her power and influence that she's ready to take-on Johnny's Entertainment once Johnny Kitagawa leaves.
