Fiona Sit has been busy filming in mainland, China for the last 6 months, it was during that time period she got sick due to unknown reasons. Both Khalil Fong and Jaycee Chan knew of her illness, more details have not disclosed.
Apparently Fiona was taking Chinese herbal medicine which her mother brewed for her. Fiona's company had even asked her to take a week off but she insisted to only take 3 days, her company asked how in the world they would be able to repay her family a daughter if she died.
