Fahrenheit's troubles have gotten worse as Wu Chun asks for half of the group's earnings, Aaron Yan gets attacked by an audience member during a performance and fans turn their backs on the group.
The once popular Fahrenheit has become a big mess ever since group member Wu Chun decided to leave and focus on his movie career. After leaving the group, an insider revealed that Wu Chun asked for 1/2 of the group's earning, leaving the other 3 members to share only 1/2 of their earnings. Wu Chun denies these claim, saying he never made any requests.
If Wu Chun gets 1/2 of the group's earning, it will likely cause a rift between group members. Fans of the group are already divided however. Netizens have begun fighting with each other over the future of Fahrenheit. Some have turned their backs to the group completely, saying they should disband all together.
The unrest of Fahrenheit's fanbase showed during a solo performance Aaron Yan was giving. Someone in the audience threw a lighter at Aaron, hitting him in the head and yelling for him to leave the group. Rumors have surfaced that Aaron wanted to fight the fan who threw the light at him. HIM Records has denied these claims, stating "Aaron has always loved the fans. He wouldn’t hit them."
With the future of Fahrenheit very uncertain at the moment, all fans can do is continue to support what's left of the band and trust HIM Records' plans for the remaining 3 members.
