f(x)'s Sulli cut of her hair for her role in "To the Beautiful You", a Korean remake of the extremely popular Japanese series "Hana Kimi", debuting her new look in Vogue Girl during a couple shot with SHINee's Minho.
In the drama, Sulli's character disguises herself as a guy to get into a all-boys school to become closer to a guy she's taken an interest in. To make herself look like a guy, she cuts off her hair, giving her a boyish look.
"I felt a huge burden when I first got this role, but I feel like it was a role that I can portray really well," she told Vogue Girl during an interview with the magazine.
Minho also stated that he wants to bring his own unique qualities to his character, not just copy Shun Oguri's performance from the original Japanese drama.

she is pretty as many but she doesnt look like a boy, the only girl that did an exceptional boyish character was eun hye in coffee prince, the rest of the girls have been a fail tried of being looking and acting as a boy. lets wait for her acting maybe could surprised us.

I don't really like hoe dramas that are popular are always remade in the three coutries (Taiwan, Korea and Japan). I think they should let the original dramas and not try to remake it their way.
I've not watched the japanese one but I still don't like the whole 'let's remake it our way' thing.
