The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has issued an arrest warrant for DMTN member Daniel after an investigation was conducted under the suspicion that he was selling marijuana.
Media reports have stated that Daniel was under suspicion of smoking and selling marijuana. According to his representative, the idol has not smoked marijuana, but is guilty of selling it.
"Daniel is innocent of smoking marijuana, but he didn't think it would become a crime if he didn't smoke it himself, which was a poor decision on his part...He is deeply reflecting over his crime and feels very guilty," the representative said.
Daniel is expected to be formally taken in by the police shortly and will be prosecuted by the court of law.
"Daniel hasn't received a court sentence, but he doesn't want to be excused for his mistakes. He wants to fully pay for his actions and our staff supports his decision. We will help him mature as a member of society in the future," the representative said.

Daniel is a good example for people... people do mistakes and wrongs ... what's important is being humble enough to admit them and getting a chance to re-correct oneself....
I'm glad that he acknowledges his wrongdoings and is willing to pay the price for it. I feel sorry for him when I think about how shamed he must feel when he knew that he let done so many people, including his fans...I hope that this crises in his life will be for the better.
i think its a pity when people stoop so low to make a living like this. At least he's realised its wrong now, but people who look up to him might follow in his footsteps
it's all drama because he's an idol. it's his life....
probably a lot of stars and idols, celebs does it on parties etc..
I don't excuse his behavior but he probably wasn't an active dealer. He probably was getting it for people around him that know he's from the US and think it's easier for him to obtain.
aaah that sucks, if he wasnt dealing he couldve realistically chilled and smoked on his property all day without suspicion. Hate to see this go down though, the popo here are bad enough lol.
oh give me a break.
Look at the bright side. As the current "fresh meat" behind bars he will get lots of action. That will help him reflect on his poor judgement!
Seriously is being and idol not enough anymore that you feel the need to add dope dealer to your resume.
Bad bad bad bad!!!
mmmm very supportive representative
yeah..a VERY poor decision..oh well he will pay for his actions hopefully
Am I the only one who thinks that guy who believes "If I don't use drug but only sell it than everything is ok" is pretty stupid? So funny...
Nooo~ Daniel... T^T
I love youu....
Really?????????? There wasn't a need for that. Is he really not making much from his group? Well, hope this'll be a good lesson for him.
I do not use it but get real people, cannabis is harmless. The only reason it's illegal is because the pharmaceutical, textile, alcohol, and private prison industries want it that way.
They can't make money off of stuff people can grow in their backyards.
why sell it if ur an music artist? keep it for yourself. that was dumb.
Wow- what an idiot. I mean seriously, we're supposed to believe he didn't smoke it too? Come on man-
Kind of hilarious to me.
I dont think he only sold it. If it had been a harder drug, I would be more inclined to believe but weed....he had to have smoked it. He just thinks this may be less of a crime but I actually think its more of a crime.
but in all honesty, I just find the story ridiculously funny.
