Davichi Leaves Core Contents Media

Davichi has decided to leave Core Contents Media to join a new agency started by their managers Kwon Chang Hyun and Lee Eung Yong.

Davichi and their two managers have been working together since become artists under Core Contents Media. Their long time relationship has caused them to become loyal to each other, so it was natural for the duo to follow their managers to the new company.

"Although Davichi is leaving the company, we hope that they will maintain friendly competition with us and continue to grow as great artists," a representative for the company stated. The company also stated that Davichi didn't leave the company do to distance themselves from the T-ara controversy earlier this year.

Details about the new company Davichi is joining has not been revealed.

In addition to Davichi, labelmate Hong Jin Young is also leave Core Contents Media to join the new company.

I think that loyalty and trust are really important to a Manager-artist relationship, so I'm actually happy reading this.
I just hope that won't worsens the quality of their videos, or songs...
