Core Content Media CEO Kim Kwang Soo has told the press that former T-ara member Hwayoung was kicked out for her bad behavior and mistreatment of the group's staff.
Despite the highly publicized controversy surrounding the members of T-ara bullying Hwayoung, CCM holds that she was kicked out of the group because of her diva attitude. The only example given was of their July 27th "Music Bank" performance.
Due to Hwayoung's leg injury, she was supposed to sit in a chair on stage to perform her rap. However, as the group's turn to perform approached, she suddenly refused to perform. Fellow group members Eunjung and Hyomin were forced to learn the rap quickly in order to carry out the performance. The lack of preparation made the group mess up the performance.
After the show, Hwayoung reportedly sat on the ground in front of fans and reporters, threatening to throw a tantrum. Actions such as this have occurred in the past, causing the group's staff lots of stress.
"There were several managers who cried, saying they wanted to quit. Although the artists are important, I believe that the sweat and tears of the staff are equally as important. I could not stand by watching this destruction of teamwork any longer," Kim Kwang Soo stated.
The CEO has declined to go into further details about Hwayoung's sudden departure, stating that he does not wish to damage her image further.

I don't know guys, to me this sounds BS. I can't imagine any korean entertainer who would do things as this girl supposedly did. They are raised to never act like this, and when I say "never" I effin mean it. This is probably a huge lie to cover something up. Articles such as this one makes me actually suspicious that this girl was really bullied or mistreated in the group in some way.

I suggest everyone goes to read all the articles on allkpop to get the full story. I dunno anything about t-ara so when I read this I assumed Hwayoung was probably a spoiled brat. It turns out Hwayoung threw a fit because they locked her out of the dressing room and she started crying. The CEO's are just trying to make an excuse for getting rid of her so that they can salvage what's left of t-ara without losing fans (too late for that).

what a brat... seriously? why would you throw a fit like that? That is just completely immature. Hwayoung is SUPPOSED to be a professional...what kind of professional acts that way? I say good riddance!
Okay I still don't see where the bullying is comming in. How is she being bullied? From what I read here, she is the one who sparked an issue, and everyone else didn't want to deal with it. How is Hwayoung being bullied when she is the one who forced people into stressful situations?

Anyone bashing on the T-ara members can suck a fat one. Hwayoung apparently had been putting the group in tough situations. I hate KKS and he handled this entire situation horribly, but I cannot sit and listen to anyone talk bad about Soyeon or any of the girls. The 'bullying' was all bs. Are they supposed to just sit and grin when they are being set up for failure be a teammate?
I've read some articles on allkpop and there were a few speculations that Hwayoung was bullied by other T-ara members. Gosh, I really can't tell who's telling the truth. :S

It was immature of her to not wanna perform right before they were suppose to go on. I mean really? She acted like a 5 year old. Can't say if the other stuff is true but if it is then she's gonna learn quick throwing fits don't get you your way in this world. Someone needs to go to the time out chair.

HMMM. That sounds like something from a drama...I don't see a Kpop idol willingly embarrass herself in front of fans just because of a bad day...they train and go threw hell to get where there at...This doesn't seem very plausible to me.
