After Stardom Entertainment released their press release regarding Block B's lawsuit against them, the group has released their own statement refuting many of the company's claims.
Stardom Entertainment explained that the company company has been paying the group according to their contract and that any lack of payments was due to the group not making any money. "This is false. The actual truth will be revealed in court," Block B's statement said.
Block B also called out Stardom Entertainment for lying about Mr. Lee falsely claiming to be the company's CEO. "They are just trying to deny responsibility. Stardom has explicitly and implicitly agreed to use the title CEO for Mr. Lee from the beginning," they said.
In regards to other issues brought up by Stardom entertainment, Block B has refuted the validity of their statement, dismissing it as the company's attempt to distract people from the real issues at hand.
"We ask that Stardom stop making comments that mislead the media and the public and apologize for causing our fans to worry," Block B stated.

Disbanding though? This is totally different from DBSK because the group isn't divided. With how popular these guys are I'm sue another agency would pick them up. ^_^

I think all BBC's and, well, anybody with an ounce of common sense would have taken Stardom's statement as a joke. We're all beyond familiar with the fact that entertainment companies simply try to cover up the situation.
This is why I love Block B, they're real; the fact they refuted the validity of Stardom's statement is something I'm proud of.
And for those who think they may disband after this, think about JYJ's situation. That was pretty damn terrible, but even then they were able to sign with a new company. Don't you think that Block B, being individually talented and also talented as a group, will be unable to find a new company or label? Even if they separate I don't think it's the last we will hear from them.

I also doubt that they weren't making money. They have tons of fans (including me)! I know Block B's side is believable because they are the ones who are experiencing it. >0<

They sound pretty confident, hope they have some evidence to back this up in court.
I'd say its a pretty damn likely possibility. No matter who wins. If a group is suing their agency they are probably not going to be working together in the future, and since the agency owns the group they either replace all the members or disband it entirely.
