During the latest episode of Y-STAR's "Goong Geum Ta", the show covered the ways various Korean stars like to relieve stress.
Big Bang members G-Dragon and T.O.P, as well as F.T. Island's Hongki, were reported to relieve their stress by having professional manicures done, surprising people with the unexpected revelation.
Hang Ga In and BoA both liked to practice yoga to help calm themselves down while maintaining a healthy lifestyle at the same time.
An employee at a piercing shop was featured on the show. The worker shared that many stars go to the shop to get piercing when they're stressed, siting Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and members of INFINITE as regular costumers.
"For female idols like Taeyeon, I usually use sparkly accessories, while male idols usually request simple yet large piercing items," the employee stated.
The special episode of "Goong Geum Ta" will air on October 21st.

haha! at least they're man enough to admit it. personally, i hate mani/pedi. this one time i went, the lady wasn't paying attention because she was just talking to her friends/coworkers and she cut me!!!! it hurt. so now, i NEVER ever want to get a mani/pedi at all.
