Avex group have announced that they will be searching for entertainers e.g. singers, actors, models and more. To do this, they will be holding an "Avex Star Search Audition in Los Angeles" talent audition.
Two recent photos of the applicant must be submitted and as an option, a music file can also be sent to boost chances of passing. Age, gender, nationality and even visa status will not matter, as these factors will not considered. But obviously, the younger applicants (under 20) will need to have their guardian's consent.
Although nationality does not count, Japanese will be needed. All Applicants must be able to understand and converse in Japanese as the application and audition are both in Japanese.
Applicants who pass the first round will then proceed to perform in the Hollywood, Los Angeles on July 1! Not only that, successful applicants will have the opportunity to perform Japan, around Asia, and other various parts of the world.

This is soooo cool!!! I like how nationality doesn't matter, and i can understand why you would need to know japanese. But i don't know japanese, i don't live in L.A, and i don't really have a talent for singing or playing instruments..
Because it's a Japanese company based in Japan...
