Upcoming anime "Arashi no Yoru ni (One Stormy Night)" revealed the cast and singers to be involved.
The official website has listed the seiyuus for the four main roles as well as the singers for the opening and ending themes.
The cast of Seiyuu/Voice actors/actresses is as follows:
Hiroyuki Yoshino will be playing the role of Gabu
Rie Kugimiya will play the role of Mei
Kouichi Yamadera as Giro
Yui Horie will be portraying Mii.
As for the singers, the Singaporean idol unit Sea☆A will be singing the anime's opening theme, and the song "Dear My Friend" by K-pop band U-KISS will be its ending theme.
Director Tetsuro Amino, who has previously directed Shiki, Macross 7, Mobile Suit SD Gundam Mk II - V, will will be participating in the anime based on Yūichi Kimura's children's books. Arashi no Yoru ni was previously adapted into animated film in 2005 and nominated for the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year in 2007.
The anime also marks the first co-production between three Japanese companies, Duckbill Entertainment, Baku Enterprise, and Bandai Visual with Singaporean animation studio, Sparky Animation.
Arashi no Yoru ni is about the deep friendship between a goat named Mei and a wolf named Gabu.
The anime is scheduled to air on April 4 , every Wednesday evenings on TV Tokyo.

The animated film looks so adorable, and it really makes me want to watch this new anime. I have a feeling I'll be crying while watching it, though.
