AKB48 will release their 27th single titled Gingham Check on August 29th. This will be their election single in which members were voted in the AKB48 4th General Election early last month. The center will be Yuko Oshima and Atsuko Maeda (who will be graduating in August) does not appear in the single.

what happends after they graduate? I don't understand
Graduation means that person will no longer be an official part of AKB48; they'll go on to the next part of their lives whether it's a solo career, joining another group, moving on to acting, etc.
I wouldn't be surprised to see former graduates make appearances at events though or perform as special guests.

Agreed with the Japanese comment on Youtube - anyone expecting the standards of Heavy Rotation will easily be disappointed. But Yuko being the center is as awesome as always.
Such relaxing and more laid-off songs are more suitable for Nogizaka46... and their costumes do happen to closely match Nogizaka's Guruguru Curtain >.>
yeah I read those too, this really does seem like a Nogizaka46 song.
And yes, anyone expecting a Hebirote2 would be disappointed. To be honest, I'm really disappointed. I mean, Iiwake Maybe, Heavy Rotation and Flying Get were all amazing. But this is kinda.. plain... I'm sure it will grow on me like a lot of other people had said
Uh, why is Rino still in AKB =..= I thought she was kicked out of AKB and not allowed in AKB....It's weird
You don't seem to understand? Rino is ranked 4th in the election. She's a media senbatsu, like Matsui Rena and Matsui Jurina, who are in SKE48, but get to participate in almost all AKB A-sided songs since 3 years ago.
Being in HKT48 simply means she won't perform in AKB theater anymore.
