I arrived at Royal Albert Hall an hour earlier before the concert in order to collect tickets (Toesan - thank you very much!!!), there were already crowds of Chinese people waiting outside all geared up with pro cameras, mine started suddenly looking small and cheap comparing to theirs
Actually I only saw three European people there, which makes four including myself.

Door opened at 19:15, but I decided to have a look at the Albert Monument that was right opposite Royal Albert Hall, it's definitely something worth looking at.

Too bad I had limited amount of time, plus I was hungry, so I had to return and buy a sandwich. Haha, I got so much attention from all the Chinese people, they were probably thinking "what is she doing here?", was quite funny how they all stared at me, that's probably why the guy who happened to work for media and was sitting in one row with me asked if it was ok to have a mini-interview with me. He asked whether I was a fan of Joey and why, am I a Cpop fan in general and which other Chinese artists I like (Jay Chou and Wilber Pan were the first two who popped into my head), which Joey songs do I like and what do I expect from the concert, and whether i will cheer for her. First thing I said though that I was representing Jpopasia - one of the media partners for the concert, as I said before - very proud of myself xdd
Just to give you a bigger picture of what Royal Albert Hall looks like from the inside, because it is massive!

Taken by me.
Poster outside.

Inside.

I really wanted to take a decent picture of Jpopasia logo on screen but I was so excited and literally jumped out of my seat when saw it, so it turned out like this -

LOOOL but seriously - unforgettable feeling, very proud of JPOPASIA!!!
(I think guys who were sitting next to me heard my interview, and laughed at my reaction xd)
Joey Yung's UK concert combined elements from her Number 6 and StarLight shows, it was her first concert in Europe, which is definitely a big step forward in her music career. Her fanbase in UK is phenomenal. She was also the first female Chinese singer to perform at the Royal Albert Hall, and the third Chinese singer overall after Eason in 2010 and her mentor Roman Tam in 1979.
Almost all songs in the first part were ballads: touching, mellow, relaxing and romantic, except for the opening - Xin Hua Nu Fang and Tao Se Mao Xian. It was great to hear such classic hits as Lovin U (as far as I remember, it was first time Joey tried R&B), She Lai Ai Wo and Zheng Qi. Amen, Po Xiang and Tong Ai all had incredibly beautiful musical arrangement thanks to violin and guitar, and sounded completely different live. Tian Zhi Jiao Nu was a very emotional song that made Joey and probably a lot of people in the hall tear up, one of the fans lent her a handkerchief after the song ended.

She managed to quickly collect herself and changed the mood with Mad About U, sexy, mellow classic hit, that always remind me of James Bond movies. You can really hear Joey's amazing vocals in this one in Fei and in Tong Ai. Followed by Tao Se Mao Xian that has a very catchy and upbeat tune to it, it actually is one of my favourite JY songs, and the video made in fantasy game style is quite an eye-candy.
For the first half of second part Joey changed her costume, which looked like one of those track suits that guys wear in a car repair shop. Opening song "Scream!" was really well presented, they used a mixture of black & white and pink colored cartoon like images on screen and Joey played along with those. The matrix like element with arrows was the highlight of this song.

Following songs were all delivered with great amount of energy and lots of dancing, it was really necessary to shake up the audience a bit after the first part, which was as I mentioned earlier rather melancholic. During "Long Zhong Deng Chang" it literally started raining red confetti, bringing everyone's mood to the maximum level.

Joey then changed again into bright red, yellow dress, this time returning back to the stage with her own guitar, opening second half of the second part of the show with Kong Gang and (to the joy of all fans) lots of white balloons that were released from the ceiling (one of the is mine now, muahaha!).

This was followed by another set of heart-warming ballads. My personal favourite was Proud Of You (My Pride) aka Wo De Jiao Ao, the melody combined with Joey Yung's voice gives off this fairy tail vibe and the song sounds amazingly beautiful. She finished her 3 and a quarter hour concert with emotional "Yue Chang Yue Jiang" that I am sure touched everyone's heart.
Full list of songs:
01. Xin Hua Nu Fang / 心花怒放
02. Loving U
03. She Lai Ai Wo / 誰來愛我
04. Amen / 阿門
05. Zheng Qi / 爭氣
06. Love Number 16 / 16號愛人
07. Liu Lei Yan Wang Liu Lei Yan mix Lao Si Lai Si / 流淚眼望流淚眼mix 勞斯萊斯
08. Tian Zhi Jiao Nu / 天之驕女
09. Mad About U
10. Tao Se Mao Xian / 桃色冒險
11. Fei / 飛
12. Xi Guan Shi Lian / 習慣失戀
13. Tong Ai / 痛愛
14. Po Xiang / 破相
15. SCREAM!
16. Meng Lu / 夢路
17. Xi Xi / 喜喜
18. Wei Zhi / 未知
19. Long Zhong Deng Chang / 隆重登場
20. Kong Gang / 空港
21. Tao Bi Ni / 逃避你
22. Bao Bao / 抱抱
23. Sou Shen Ji / 搜神記
24. Xin Dan / 心淡
25. Proud Of You (Wo De Jiao Ao) / 我的驕傲
26. Xiang De Tai Yuan / 想得太遠
27. Qie / 怯
28. Jie Guo / 借過
29. Yue Chang Yue Jiang / 越唱越強
Joey talked with audience a lot, (and at one point also spoke in Mandarin, no English though, sadly), joked, made funny faces, shook hands, accepted gifts from fans, all in all was friendly and bubbly. I can say without fail that Joey charmed every single person in the audience (including myself) with her pure and strong voice, incredible presence and emotional stage performance, cheerful and sweet personality and bright smile.
Here are the rest of photos, couple of them turned out well, most of them a bit blurry since my camers sucks -_- definitely need to get a better one if I want to cover concerts in future xdd

One of the fans gave her a mini guitar as a present.

p.s. forgot to mention, Joey slightly burned her leg while standing near to one of the stage lights, I don't think it's serious though since she continued with the concert · close

I didn't really mind, so we ended up there, and I went to order my favorite Mocha. I have fetish for asians, so whenever I see one (esp a boy) I can't stop myself from staring at them lol. And there was this girl in front of me. My thoughts: "Caramel Mocha with cream on top...haven't had one for a while...Ayumi...WTF??? AYUMI???"
Yeap, that girl was Ayumi. She is so sweet and cute, in real life even more than on X man and Love Letter.
Long story short - here's her autograph
Couldn't be bothered to post pictures, sorry.

This is going to be a long post, but be patient, there is a surprise waiting for Jpopasia :RBhot:
It was a last minute decision. I booked bus tickets like in the evening on 11th and in the morning next day I was on my way to London to see ABS for the first time. I was really excited, seriously, it is ABS we are talking here about.
But...my "friend" who supposed to meet me there ("The Underground" nightclub, Camden Town) and give me my ticket, called me and said that he couldn't make it. I was seriously considering to kill him. I bet every single one of you would probably feel the same way - DE-VAS-TA-TED. And I was already waiting in the queue for him and it was raining cats and dogs, and my clothes were all wet, you know...
But yeah, I am one lucky girl. Apparently, the guy I met once in the pub was working there as a security guard (what a coincidence! not that I am complaining). He not only noticed me, but recognized as well...In the end, I was the first one to get in, right in front of the stage. (HaroEllis, too bad you guys were late. You were in the back all the time, missed all the fun and the opportunity to meet Miki
netooth: I received your messages though...after concert ended lol)
It was packed but the atmosphere was amazing. I will try to be as short as possible here. They rocked, GOD, they ROCKED! Gave us all they got. Of course not without fan service
Too bad Takanori was the only one who took his shirt off and threw into the crowd and then grabbed a glass of water and started, no, not pouring it over his naked body, but over the audience. Wet again, better this way than being soaking wet because of the rain lol
I wish all of them took off their shirts like they did in France (HIROSHI - *faints*) Oh well.

Nevertheless, I managed to hold Takanori's hand (and even touch his naked back, when he lifted his T-shirt, kyaa) like 10 times. And Hiroshi's, Ikuo's and Sunao's hands as well + their guitars. Sunao's hairstyle rocked, so cool
Too bad Toshiyuki was all the time behind his keyboard, so I managed only to hug him in the end
Hiroshi and Sunao provided further fan service while playing side by side and getting closer and closer and closer and closer to each other and then Sunao "NOM!", bit the air as if he wanted to have a piece of Hiroshi. KYAA! *fangirls*
Takanori's English was perfect, he talked (more shouted) with the crowd in order to get everybody hyped and was always repeating "Aishiteru Zo" ("I Love You"). In the end we all saw his watery eyes...*sob*
List of songs they performed.
Encore:
From Dusk Till Down (Darker The Black anime new opening)!!!
Atena
Blade Chord (Darker Than Black anime)!!!
Strength
Fre@k $how

Valkyrie

Desire
Freedom
ReBirth + ReVerse
JAP (Capcom anime) !!!
Kimi No Uta
Of course I wanted to get their autographs, so i went to the back door where they supposed to catch a taxi, and quite a few people were there already. We were waiting for ages, some of us left, but I thought - what the heck! I want them to sign these! (bought cards with one of ABS photo shoots). And then, finally...They came out and the crowd obviously surrounded them. I knew that there was no way of getting their autographs, so I moved up the road where on the other side their van was already waiting for them, so I wanted to wait alone, but of course other fans also ended up following me. Now or never.
Me: Nishikawa-san sign wo shite kudasai *bow* ("Nishikawa-san, please sign this")
Takanori: (turning to other members of the band): Oi, kiiteru deshta no ka? "San"! ("Have you heard it? "San"") *making fun of me being very polite and using his surname* Guys stopped giggling.
Takanori: Takanori, Takanori mattaku mo! ("Takanori, Takanori, for god's sake") Kochi, kochi ("Here, here" meaning come here) *finger movement*.
They took their precious time and ALL OF THEM GAVE ME AUTOGRAPHS (even wrote TO MIKI, my name in Japanese), A HUG AND THEIR ACCESSORIES! AND A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR OUR BIG FAMILY
Except Ikuo (DANG!), because he left as soon as the concert ended.
When they started moving towards the car, Takanori shouted:
-TA-KA-NO-RI! Oboeteru! ("It's Takanori, remember it!")
And straight after that all other guys started shouting their names: SUNAO! HIROSHI! TOSHIYUKI! LOL
I though other fangirls were going to tear me apart
netooth:
I was overwhelmed, god. And started crying.
Abingdon Boys School: NAKANAIDE!!! LOL ("don't cry")
Me: Nakanai yo (UHUHUHUHUUUU SOB SOB SOB) ("I'm not crying")
And then their van drove them away from me, while their cameraman were still filming fans, who were screaming "mata ne" ("see you soon") and "otsukaresama deshita" ("thx for all your hard work")...*sigh* But I was on cloud 9 nevertheless knowing that my bus was leaving at 8 o'clock next morning
netooth: so I was waiting for 8 hours, half of this time outside - because they closed the bus station and then opened again a 5, but it was definitely worth it!
They are most sweetest, friendly and down to earth Japanese singers I ve ever met
ops:
And to think that concert ended on Friday 13th...
Third time life shows me that 13 is my lucky number.
I hope they will come again, he promised...
P.S. If you are interested to read a summary of their concert in Stockholm, check out at JustIronic's journal.
And now as I promised...
THE TREAT!
some of them better quality, some fair, I wanted you guys to see signatures.
Takanori with fans before i asked him to sign my photos.

Sunao

And they are not going to attend this year’s Asia Song Festival. It’s really sad that for the first time since their debut and the start of the Asia Song Festival, DBSK won’t be attending it.
BUT the promotional video for Dream Concert 2009 was released recently and DBSK is still on the video. Even on the promotional pictures, all five DBSK members are still there.
Fingers crossed that they will be there on 10th of October, Seoul, Seoul SANAMU Olympic Stadium, 15:00. · close
Omg, just noticed that I have added 1000 videos.
I guess it is a new record! :)
Geez, that's a lot.
I remember in the beginning I had no idea how to add videos and then once tried to add one. And then second and third...And now 1000!
I never really paid attention, just knew that I add loads.
Time to celebrate!
Kanpai!
Next level - 2000 videos. lol
I finally moved to my new house which I will share with 5 friends of mine since we are going to the same university.
And it took me ages to sort out the internet. Now it is finally done and I am back on track to celebrate with some of you and to get on nerves of others :)
Either way I am back, hope you missed me. You better, heh.
It will take me at least another hour to go through all messaged I have in my box, god, you people wrote a lot, thx for not forgetting me, will answer asap.
Miki.

Back to the incident.
At Music Bank's finale, with all of the performers gathered on stage for SNSD's victory, the structure holding up the lights became loose.
Here is the picture taken by one of the fans. You can see people holding the stucture.

Here is a short video of it.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8D2O43tU8Ng
One of the light fixtures fell right towards Onew. Luckily Siwon and Kyuhyun prevented the fixture from hitting him, but the shock caused SHINee's leader to faint. He was carried backstage, and due to signs of psychological distress, was taken to the hospital.
Here you can see the whole thing from the beginning. And pay attention to Onew starting from 0:30. He was hobbling on stage with Minho's help because of his knee injury, he injured it while performing on a slippery floor.
Then at 1:31 Onew is clearly woozy, leaning lifelessly on his manager, surrounded by Super Junior members.
And in the end you can also see Shinee's manager carrying Onew. Minho is clearly worried about him.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeLFChMCY6g
Here is another video - SHinee's manages is carrying Onew.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AYQ_rE5KlE
