Both FMA and Fairy Tail were dubbed by FUNimation in the U.S, fortunately. They always do a pretty good job on the dubs.

but I think there's some truth to it. I know around here, some people have been fooled by false profile pictures. My uncle was one of them xD. I died of laughter that day, he was going to meet this "supposedly" good looking woman.

The original strays from the manga, it was actually pretty good in my opinion. But if you watched Brotherhood before you watched the original than you probably won't like it as much.
