At its most basic, kimchee is chinese cabbage (can use napa, pac choi, or any chinese cabbage) fermented with garlic, pepper, salt, and ginger. Other ingredients such as daikon (or other radish), carrot, scallion / green onion or other onion, fish (in the form of dried crumbled fish, fish broth or fish sauce, or Hondashi fish broth powder), and even seaweed, are commonly used depending on preference.
Here I show Kosher Salt, scallions, daikon, fresh ginger, hondashi powder, dried pepper flakes specifically for making kimchee, fresh garlic, carrot, and a very large head of pac choi /bok choy.
You will also need a sharp knife, a large nonreactive mixing bowl, a smaller nonreactive mixing bowl, and glass or stoneware jars or crocks to hold the finished product.
You will need anywhere from several hours, to overnight, to soak the fresh chopped veggies in salt solution, and then anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to ferment your kimchee depending on how warm the room is, how much salt to vegetables, and whether you had leftover kimchee "juice" to jump-start the fermentation with.
For those who want measured quantities either to follow, or to get a ballpark idea of what the proportions are:
For roughly two quart jars:
2 lbs chinese cabbage
1 whole daikon radish or several red radishes
1 to 2 carrots
onions and/or leeks, bunch of scallions, or shallots... as many or few as you like.
6-8 cloves of garlic, or as many as you like... your love of garlic is the only limiting factor
5-6 tablespoons of grated ginger, or grate up a 4 inch piece... again, more to taste if you like it especially
Seaweed if you like, but I didn't use it in this recipe
3 tsp. hondashi japanese fish broth powder ( or a handful of dried bonito, crumbled)
Brine will be 4 cups of water to 4 tablespoons of salt. If this isn't enough to cover the fresh veggies, then double the brine recipe.

4- یه مادربزرگ یا مادر یا پدر یا بابا بزرگ (یه آدم بزرگ دیگه) که با ازدواج پسر مغروره و دختره شماره 2 مخالفت کنه.
5- یه چند تا آدم دیگه هم لازم داریم که سیاهی لشگر باشند ویکیشونم با یکی از اون پسرایی که می مونن دوست میشه.
صحنه هایی که در سریال حتما باید باشن
1- به طور کاملا تصادفی !!!!!!!!!!!!!! همدیگرو ببوسند (مثلا دختره مست کرده و یییهویی لیز بخوره و بره طرف صورت پسره)
2- در مترو، قایق ،کشتی ،خونه و یا هر جای دیگر روی هم بیفتن و بعد هول بشن همدیگره رو ول کنن
3- دختره مست کنه (دقت کردید همیشه دختراشون مستن) و یا خواب باشه و یا خسته باشه پسره ی بدبخت کولش کنه.
4- یه جریان هایی هم باید باشه. مثلا بابای دختره یه جور به پسره مربوط باشه . (اصولا پیچیدگی تو سریال های کره ای اساس کاره)
5- وقتی دختره ناراحته پسر مهربونه اونو دلداری بده .
6- پسر مهربونه همیشه اینارو با هم ببینه و غصه بخوره.
7- دوباره دختره مست شه و به طور ناگهانی رو پسره بالا بیاره.
8- اولای فیلم یه جوری به هم مربوط بشن و تا تقریبا وسطای فیلم از هم بدشون بیاد وهمدیگرو اذیت کنه بعد یه دفعه ای بفهمن عاشق هم شدن.( به همین راحتی به همین خوشمزگی پودر کیک رشد)
9- دختره پسره رو با اون دختر مغروره ببینه مست کنه بعد بیاد هرچی فحش بلده به پسره بگه
........ 
10- یه چندتا صحنه ی گوزیدنم نمک فیلمه.

12- بعد که تو یه خونه زندگی کردن و نشستن دارن تلویزیون نگاه می کنن پسره کانالو عوض می کنه یه صحنه ی بوس پیدا میشه بعد دوتاشون هول شده و میگن من دیگه برم بخوابم یا این چه قدر هوا گرمه برم آب بخورم.
13- یه مشکلاتی بینشون پیش بیاد (از طرف همون آدم بزرگا و دختر غده)
بعد تمام قسمتهای بالا یادشون بیاد (یه قسمت میشه اگه رو هم جمع کنی) و
دوباره آشتی کنن و عروسی
به خوبی و خوشی نیز سالها زندگی کنن.

حتی بعضی از دیالوگها هست که باید توی همه ی سریالهاشون باشه مثلا دختره برگرده از پسره بپرسه "من برای تو چی هستم؟" یا یکی، یکی دیگه رو بغل میکنه و میگه "بیا چند لحظه اینطوری بمونیم"
