I am always thinking about Osaka and I miss it all the time . I sing Japanese songs everyday, listen to J-music everyday, try to speak a little Japanese with my friends who speak it. I miss seeing めちゃ かっこい boys at the clubs, karaoke or on the street or in my classes (I was a teacher there, duh! lol). I hate to admit it but, I'm a gaijin who just looooooves Japan !!! I'm moving back there in about 1.5 yrs . This time though, I'm moving to Kobe, more specifically, Sannomiya, whooooo! Go Hyogo! And my secret love in Yokohama (who's from Amagasaki)... 愛、いつまでも。 My favorite artists and albums Pretty typical but SMAP, Gackt, Hyde, Crystal Kay, Namie Amuro and Koda Kumi are my absolute faves. Of cooourse Hikki and Ayu. Ummm I'm loving Yuna Ito, Mika N, Emyli, Ayaka, Exile, NewS, Kat-tun and Chemistry a looooot now. Double is growing on me. So is Aqua Timez and Shingo (the rapper, he's serious!) I also loooove Shakkazombie, Nitro Microphone Underground (sickest!), AI and M-flo. But I like local Osaka bands too. Like BitchLunchbox, my friend Masato's band SUNSET BUS (who's about to be HUUUUGE!!!) and some others I've seen in concert, have gotten drunk with and have totally rocked out to . How do I spend my free time Laughing, hanging with my sis and my niece, friends, lesson planning since I'm an English professor at Seneca college in Toronto AND an English teacher at GEOS Toronto! , ummm listening to music, making jewelry, drawing, art, writing, poetry...etc. My favorite movies Anything with Takeshi Kaneshiro, Kwon Sang Woo, Kang Dong Won or Hiroyuki Sanada in it. And Odagiri Jo. And Hideaki Ito. And Katori Shingoooooooooooooo. And Kimutaku. lol. My favorite series Right now I'm ADDICTED to Iryu Team Dragon 2!!! OMG KENJI! TEPPEI! When I was in Osaka it was playing (maybe the first season?!) but I didn't get to see the 2nd one. Ahhh!!! I hope there's a pt. 3! On the North American side, I love Grey's Anatomy (so typical lol) and America's Next Top Model and Project Runway. Things I like Things that make me calm, quiet, relaxed, fill my heart with joy. I love, love. I also like wicked ass Japanese food. What I'd do for okonomiyaki RIGHT NOW! Things I dislike Hate, war, conflict, gas prices, rising FOOD prices, natural disasters (I'm sorry Myanmar and China for what you're going through ), mean people, bad spirits, evil hearts, being BROKE .
