Almost every time I try to go into the chat I get "Authentication Failed". I thought it might be the fact that I had a free account so I tried the VIP free trial and it still does this.

I just have a couple of suggestions for the site, I am really good a t coming up with ideas so:
*I just thought that it would be way cooler if Jpopasia made it so the "live feed" on the communities page could be put on everyone's userpages, or you could make it so the walls posting area is like an instant messager, or you could just make it so only the activity of the people we are friends with show up on our own user page. That would be way cooler if you guys could do that, and it would be a very good upgrade to the system we have now. It would be cool if you could make it like how it is on Facebook.
*Not that the site isn't already TOTALLY amazing, but I think that if it is possible, you should allow people to "follow" peoples activity like on facebook. This also ties into the first suggestion. One or the other would be cool.
*It would even be more amazing if you lets everyone have thier own unique picture for the header of thier user page. It would add in more personality into their page.
*You should also add in a section for peoples photos and such on thier page.
*You could make it so when people message eachother, it doesn't have to send an e-mail to the other person and the message only shows up on thier account at the top.
Or atleast give users the option to not recieve the message on thier e-mail. That goes for all the other things that people have to get an e-mail notification about. It is very useful for some people though.
*Could you also consider making it so it shows you when your friends are online. Just like the one on the community page but with only the people you added.
*Could you guys consider the users to having statuses on our user pages. Each time we update them it should show it on the live feed to the people we add.
I understand it can be hard to do those things though, considering you may not have the same technology like those really popular sites have. I think weather it is as great as those other sites, as long as we try it will be awsome and the members will appreciate it greatly. I do understand if your not comfortable with putting any one of my ideas into effect, but thanks for allowing the members to have a voice in what they want in this site. I hope you guys read this and consider. ^-^

HI I just have been wondering that when I fanned my Arashi to 200x I had to pay 400jpops for 1 fan and now its only 200jpops+we used to have people fanning that costed 500jpops and I Think I fanned about 10 of them so...I feel that I should get a refund for everything I've payed. Excuse me JPA-sama, I have something to tell you.
There has been a problem in chat lately because of a certain user named “outsidedark”. He kept on sending private messages to most girl users that enters chat and asks personal questions that is beyond the person’s confidential information. Actually, “outsidedark” is the fourth account he created. “Pizzaway” was his first account which is still active in this site then his second account was “famousstar” which got banned from the site then he created a new account named “happyend” (right after his famousstar account got banned) but that account also got banned. Then now he created a fourth account “outsidedark” and is creating havoc again in the chat room. So, what do u think? I mean… how will you be able to get rid of this kind of user? To tell u the truth, banning him is just a useless and meaningless effort. He’ll just create a new email address and he’ll be back for sure. Some mods and other users that I’ve talked to suggested if it’s okay to ban his I.P. address but… it is still your decision what u think is the best solution.
Oh, I forgot to introduce myself…I’m jkc btw but u can call me kfc….nice to meet you.
Please do inform me if u found a solution for this problem. For the meantime, I’ll try investigating more about him and collect evidence against him from the victims and witnesses.

JPA - Sama, there is a problem with the homepage. everytime i try to click on the "see more" button on the trending videos, the whole right side of the homepage disappears.
Hey JPA-sama! I wanted to throw an idea out here at ya! been here almost 3 years. So what would you say to making an app on android phones? you know for those unable to get to a computer and would like to be on chat sometimes away from the computer? Just asking. I have a feeling it would take a lot of work just to even try and actually get that together but yeah. think about it please? arigatou!

JPA-sama, I bet on the Kohaku game again 9I had aldready bet, but I wanted to update my bet on the white team) and 400 jpops when i had 465, which should of left me with 65 right? Well, I did it, and I had 165. I wanted to check if it was a bug, and so i bet my remaining 65 jpops from my original 465, and got 500. I think I found a bug. If you could fix this so that i have only 0 jpops until kohaku's results are announced, then thank you! I would be eternally grateful! I don't think cheating is the way to get jpops....
Oh! but after the post on my wall, and this comment above, and the one i'm typing, it should be 45.
In other words, please take away 500 jpops form me. I'm still posting stuff, so it grows. Just 500. Thanks!

Until this morning I thought this was one nice, friendly site I could be on. After nearly a year I even got my VIP membership and now for the first time I got kicked from a room for why I don't know if I should just forget it and just not come back or think on what I may have done wrong or what. Up until now I have been well liked and its been a really, very friendly place to talk and be so I'm just left rather confused and perplexed right now.
it might be for flooding, usually when you type too fast in the chat. don't worry, it's a system measure, not by someone just make sure you don't hit enter too often.
